Current Open Positions

Assistant Director (Galleria Campus)

Qualifications:

  • Childcare Director Licensing preferred

  • TRS experience preferred

  • Montessori certification preferred

  • CDA or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood welcomed

  • Leadership experience in licensed childcare

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations

  • Maintain compliance with Licensing & TRS

  • Assist with staff coaching and scheduling

  • Support enrollment and parent communication


Assistant Teacher (All campuses)

Qualification:

  • High school diploma required

  • 1 year childcare experience preferred

  • CDA preferred but not required

  • Positive, dependable, and willing to learn

Responsibilities:

  • Support classroom routines and instruction

  • Assist with supervision and safety

  • Maintain clean and organized environment

  • Collaborate with Lead Teacher
