Infant

Our Infant Program welcomes babies from 6 weeks to 18 months into a calm, nurturing environment. With three infants per teacher, we provide personal attention as babies explore, develop movement and communication skills, and grow at their own pace.

Toddler

Our Toddler Program encourages independence, language development, and discovery through hands-on Montessori activities. With eight children per teacher, toddlers receive caring guidance as they explore, make choices, and build everyday skills.

Preschool

Our Preschool Program offers a peaceful, organized environment where children learn through hands-on Montessori materials and STEAM activities. With ten children per teacher, we support independence, confidence, and growing skills in language, math, and working with others.

Imagination does not become great until human beings, given the courage and the strength, use it to create.

Q: What makes Mariner Montessori different? Mariner Montessori combines hands-on Montessori education with STEAM activities in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Families benefit from small classroom ratios, freshly cooked lunches and daily snacks included in tuition, and nurturing learning environments. Our Galleria and Houston Heights campuses hold Texas Rising Star 4-Star recognition.

Q: What is the Texas Rising Star rating and why does it matter? Texas Rising Star (TRS) is the State of Texas's official quality rating system for early childhood programs — and a 4-star rating is the highest designation a school can earn. Less than 10% of licensed childcare programs in Texas achieve it.

Our Galleria and Houston Heights campuses proudly hold the Texas Rising Star 4-star rating. Our Woodlands campus is currently completing the certification process — a rigorous journey that takes up to a year — because we believe every Mariner campus should be held to the same standard, without exception.

At Mariner, we don't pursue the 4-star rating because it looks good on paper. We pursue it because it reflects the standard we hold ourselves to every single day — in our classrooms, in how we hire and train our teachers, in the environments we design for children, and in the care we extend to every family we serve.

For parents, a TRS 4-star rating means one thing: this school has been independently evaluated and verified to meet the highest standards of quality in Texas early childhood education. It is not self-reported. It is earned.
